Other interleukins upregulated in plasma of deceased patients were IL‐18BP (a Th1 immunity responder involving IFNγ upregulation), IL‐15 (neutrophil activity and phagocytosis), IL‐20 (angiogenesis and EC communication with granulocytes governed by TGFB1 and NFkB), IL‐32 (T/NK‐cell activator and TNF inducer) and IL‐13R (an interleukin associated with asthma). This evidence concerns the gene IL32 and asthma.
