Patients with the CELF4 rs1786814 GG genotype who were exposed to anthracycline levels greater than 300 mg/m2, had a 10.2-fold increased risk of cardiomyopathy compared to patients with the GA/AA genotype and exposure to anthracycline levels of 300 mg/m2 or lower.
