RBFOX2 and obesity due to melanocortin 4 receptor deficiency: TMT–MS proteomic analysis shows that these changes are associated with decreased levels of full-length active RBFOX2 (Fig. 2d) suggesting a potential modulation of RBFOX2 function in the liver in diet-induced obesity, and that RBFOX2 could coordinate AS changes in response to physiological and pathological metabolic signals.
