In the TRAF4-knockout xenograft tumors, the introduction of JOSD1 markedly attenuated the antitumor effects of blocking TRAF4 even in the presence of IR, as demonstrated by the tumor growth rate (Fig. 6F), tumor mass (Fig. 6G) and tumor weight (Fig. 6H), which significantly increased.
