Supplementary Figure 1A illustrates the percentage of immune cells infiltrating the tumor. A comparison was made between high-risk and low-risk groups in terms of immune infiltration levels of a variety of immune infiltrating cells. The results showed High-risk participants had higher proportions of plasma cells, T cells CD8, T cells CD4 memory resting, NK cells activated, Dendritic cells activated, and Eosinophils (Supplementary Figure 1B).
