The KEGG pathway analysis showed that PTK2 and co-expressed genes were significantly enriched in homologous recombination, mRNA surveillance pathway, ribosome biogenesis in eukaryotes, oocyte meiosis, RNA transport, cell cycle, ribosome, complement, and coagulation cascades, Staphylococcus aureus infection, hematopoietic cell lineage, and arachidonic acid metabolism (Figure 5E). The gene discussed is PTK2; the disease is staphylococcus aureus infection.
