The results showed that compared with normal tissues, the expression of FABP4 in the following tumor groups was lower than that in normal tissues, bladder cancer (BLCA), breast cancer (BRCA), colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma (KIRP), lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), lung squamous carcinoma (LUSC), prostate adenocarcinoma (PRAD), stomach adenocarcinomas (STAD), thyroid cancer (THCA) (p < 0.001), kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), and rectal adenocarcinoma (READ) (p < 0.05), the differences were statistically significant. Here, FABP4 is linked to invasive breast carcinoma.
