MTOR and cancer: The KEGG enrichment analysis of differential metabolites showed the enriched differential metabolites were mainly involved in amino acid metabolism (lysine degradation, valine, leucine and isoleucine biosynthesis, arginine and proline metabolism, D-arginine and D-ornithine metabolism), choline metabolism in cancer, mTOR signaling pathway, glycerophospholipid metabolism, necrosis, apoptosis, synthesis and secretion of cortisol, vitamin digestion and absorption, and pyrimidine metabolism (Figure 9).
