From the perspective of metabolomics and network pharmacology, we studied the mechanism of GYP on lung cancer and its mechanism of enhancing the anti-lung cancer pharmacological effects of cisplatin, GYP might exert anticancer effects as well as enhance the anticancer effects of cisplatin through the MAPK14/STAT3 signaling pathway, which provides a reference basis for the development of lung cancer drugs. This evidence concerns the gene MAPK14 and lung cancer.
