Finally, at T0, a lower percentage of responding T-cells in the depleting/sequestering-out subgroup compared to HD was found (CD4: 0.92 [0.73-1.15] and 1.98 [1.52-3.29], respectively, p=0.0116; CD8: 0.91 [0.60-1.32] and 1.82 [1.42-3.48], respectively, p=0.0049) (Figure 4C). Here, CD4 is linked to Huntington disease.
