We found that CD8-GNLY effector T cells in high tumor infiltration group displayed increasing level of the serine/threonine kinase PIM family (PIM2 and PIM3), NR4A2/3, KLF4/6, BCL2, GPR183 and COTL1 compared to the ones from HD and low tumor infiltration group (Figure 3B). Here, KLF4 is linked to Huntington disease.
