TNNI3 and infection: Longitudinal gender-specific analysis of the cTnI results showed a significant increase from week 3 (2.65 ng/L, 95% CI 1.3–4.7 ng/L) to week 9 (4.65 ng/L, 95% CI 4.0–5.4 ng/L) after infection in men (Figure 1, p < 0.0001).
