NPPB and coronary stenosis: Compared to patients with obstructive CAD and preserved LVEF (≥50%) (Supplementary Table 2), patients with LVEF<50% had worse cardiac (Nt-proBNP; furosemide use) and renal function, more severe myocardial impairment (Hs-TNT), higher levels of inflammation (Hs-CRP) (all p < 0.001), diabetes (p = 0.017), and a tendency toward higher degrees of coronary artery stenosis (p = 0.075).
