As shown in Figures 3C–F, the expression of TYK2 was significantly upregulated in the different subgroups of patients with HNSCC, including gender, HPV status, TP53 mutation status, and tumor grade subgroups, suggesting that TYK2 may serve as a potential biomarker for patients with HNSCC.
