Here, for the first time, we constructed a prognostic signature based on seven FRLs (AC006129.2, CTB-41I6.2, CTD-2510F5.4, RP5-994D16.9, RP11-298J20.4, CTD-2396E7.11, and TUG1) to predict the prognosis, immune infiltration, and the expression of immune checkpoint and m6A genes in patients with ccRCC, providing a novel perspective for the prognosis and treatment of ccRCC. Here, TUG1 is linked to nonpapillary renal cell carcinoma.
