TP53 and inflammatory bowel disease: GO analysis revealed an increase in the expression of genes in immune response, inflammatory response, innate immunity, and immune response to bacteria or virus in the samples of colitis mice (Fig. 2B), and KEGG analysis revealed enrichment in TNFα, NF-κB, cytokine-receptor interaction, IL17, NOD, IBD, TLR, p53, and the Jak-Stat pathway genes (Fig. 2C).
