By RT–PCR, we detected OGG1 expression in normal healthy donors (n = 28), complete remission (n = 29), and relapse patients (n = 26), showing notably higher OGG1 expression in relapsed AML patients than that in normal healthy donors and patients with complete remission (p < 0.01, Fig. 2F). Here, OGG1 is linked to acute myeloid leukemia.
