As displayed in Figure 5, the combination of OAS3, IFIT3, MX1, STAT1, STAT2, and TOMM40 exhibited the disease diagnostic potential, with AUC of 0.723 (95% CI = 0.591–0.854) and 0.815 (95% CI = 0.709–0.921), in distinguishing SLE from HC and RA, respectively (Figures 5A, B).
