Supported by Banu SK and coworker’s proposal that dual inhibition of PI3K/Akt and MAPK/ERK is indispensable for the suppression of endometriosis establishment and progression (Arosh and Banu, 2019; Arosh et al., 2021), we provide molecular insights into the therapeutic effects of targeting chemerin/CMKLR1 axis by α-NETA in endometriosis.
