APOE and Alzheimer disease: Using separate models, we found that both higher APOE dose scores and higher AD-PRS were associated with a higher probability of amyloid-β positivity (odds ratio [OR] 3.99 [95% confidence interval (CI) 2.29 to 6.84], per allele; OR 1.43 [95% CI 1.02 to 2.00], respectively) (Fig. 2).
