NAT10 and colorectal carcinoma: Subsequently, to investigate whether NAT10 modulates the Wnt/β-catenin pathway in CRC, we measured phosphorylated GSK-3β, GSK-3β, and β-catenin levels as a function of changes in NAT10 levels, and observed that the Wnt/β-catenin pathway could be notably activated by NAT10 (Fig. 6B and Fig. S6C).
