NAT10 and colorectal carcinoma: To investigate the clinical significance of NAT10, first, Kaplan–Meier analysis using data corresponding to 80 patients with CRC revealed that higher NAT10, KIF23, and β-catenin expression levels were associated with poorer overall survival (OS), and the analysis based on NAT10 was consistent with TCGA and GEO datasets (GSE40967) (Fig. 7A).
