In terms of the association between risk genes and risk stratification, we discovered that the expression levels of GDF1 and IL5RA genes in low-risk AML patients were increased compared to those in HR and standard risk groups, while the expression levels of PSMD4, DHCR24, and IL12RB2 genes in low-risk AML patients were lower (Figure 7(a)). This evidence concerns the gene GDF1 and acute myeloid leukemia.
