PTPRC and B-cell chronic lymphocytic leukemia: First, the efficacy of circulating monocyte depletion was confirmed by flow cytometric analyses, in which CLL significantly reduced the percentage of monocytes (CD11b+CD45+) from 16.45±1.34% (sham level) to 6.00±0.70% at 3 days after intra-caudal vein administration (P<0.05; Fig. 5B,C).
