Our analyses of molecular pathways that are disturbed in ALL survivors revealed that differentially expressed miRNA are involved in the regulation of pathways related to DNA damage, which belongs to canonical effects of doxorubicin action involved in cardiac complications (Qiao et al. 2020) and to pathological cardiac remodeling such as that of NFƘβ and TNFα signaling (Gordon et al. 2011; Wang et al. 2002). This evidence concerns the gene TNF and acute lymphoblastic leukemia.
