We found that FAT1 was highly expressed in pan-cancer, except for low expression in some tumors (BRCA, KICH, KIRC, LAML, THCA, UCEC) and no differential expression in some tumors (BLCA, OV, PCPG, SKCM, SARC, TGCT, THYM, UCS) (Fig. 1B–F) based on the computational analysis of FAT1 mRNA expression and multi-database analysis.
