In addition, we found that there was a significant negative correlation between GATA2 and miR-1304-3p in African American breast cancer patients (spearman R = -0.27, p = 0.001), while there was only a minor correlation in Caucasian American patients (spearman r = -0.097, p = 0.0345) (Fig. S7b).
