The analysis did not detect MDM2 amplification (Fig. 2A), Rb1 deletion (Fig. 2B), break apart signals of EWSR1 (Fig. 2C), FUS (Fig. 2D), DDIT3 (Fig. 2E), or c-myc (Fig. 3A), or c-myc-IGH fusion signals (Fig. 3B), but it did detect more c-myc signals in 837 out of 996 tumor cells and 823 out of 1,000 tumor cells (Fig. 3A, B). The gene discussed is EWSR1; the disease is neoplasm.
