Stronger association between glucosamine use and decreased risk of dementia was observed in participants without APOE ε4 carriers (HR = 0.81; 95% CI: 0.74–0.89) when compared to those with APOE ε4 carriers (HR = 0.93; 95% CI: 0.86–1.02) (Supplementary Table 2).
