Compared to the control group, the expression of TLR1A, TLR1B, TLR2A and TLR2B in the treated group were significantly up-regulated through RNA-seq in our research, which was consistent with Mitra’s research of TLR1B, TLR2B and TLR4 showed a continuous up-regulation in the cecum of chickens during infection or vaccination, followed by challenge with virulent parasites [33]. The gene discussed is TLR4; the disease is infection.
