TNFRSF4 and neoplasm: To explore the immune landscape in the tumor microenvironment of the two groups, the expression levels of immune checkpoint-related genes were analyzed, including PD1, PDL1, PDL2, CTLA4, TIM3, CD47, CD276, VISTA, CD70 and LAG3. Immune active genes such as OX40, CD40 and CD86 were also evaluated.
