To explore the immune landscape in the tumor microenvironment of the two groups, the expression levels of immune checkpoint-related genes were analyzed, including PD1, PDL1, PDL2, CTLA4, TIM3, CD47, CD276, VISTA, CD70 and LAG3. Immune active genes such as OX40, CD40 and CD86 were also evaluated. Here, CD274 is linked to neoplasm.
