The lncRNA UCΑ1 is reported to sequester at least five miRNAs (miR-107, miR-126, miR-182, miR-204, and miR-206) that can be either oncogenic miRNAs (UCA1 thus acting as a TSG) or TSG miRNAs (UCA1 thus an oncogene) [108–111], with the lncRNA upregulating integrin ITGA2 by sequestering one of these miRNAs (miR-107 in PC) [45]. The gene discussed is UCA1; the disease is pachyonychia congenita.
