The immunohistochemical staining of Ki67 (Fig. 3E), cleaved-caspase3 (Fig. 3F) and γH2AX (Fig. 3G) also confirmed that ZEB1 downregulation contributed to Biochanin A-induced chemosensitization to cisplatin, highlighting that Biochanin A plays an important role in the regulation of chemosensitivity of lung adenocarcinoma through ZEB1 in vitro and in vivo. This evidence concerns the gene MKI67 and lung adenocarcinoma.
