Blinatumomab (Blincyto) is used as a therapy for acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) that targets CD19 on B cells and engages T cells through linked anti-CD3 binding (51); tebentafusp-tebn (Kimmtrak, Immunocore Ltd.), a bispecific gp100 peptide–HLA–directed CD3 TCE, was approved for patients with unresectable or metastatic uveal melanoma (30), supporting the importance of this approach. This evidence concerns the gene PMEL and acute lymphoblastic leukemia.
