In the present study, we measured and monitored IgM the levels against SARS-CoV-2 in patients with COVID-19 at 1 month after symptom onset and IgG levels at 3 months after symptom onset to assess the kinetics of antibody responses produced by natural infection at several time points, the acute phases (1 week and 2 weeks after symptom onset), convalescent (1 month after symptoms onset), and post-convalescent (2 months and 3 months after symptoms onset) phases of the disease and to analyze the effect of age, gender, and comorbidities on antibody evolution over time. The gene discussed is CD40LG; the disease is COVID-19.
