AFP and Thrombocytopenia: There were no obvious underlying diseases in pregnant women except case 1, who had a history of proteinuria, edema, hypertension and thrombocytopenia before pregnancy, and case 21, who had gestational heart disease。Only two pregnant women had an increase in alpha- fetoprotein and one had an abnormal increase in β-human chorionic gonadotropin (4, 11, 12).
