Depression rate was slightly reduced at M1 (22.7% vs. 33.3%), M2 (17.1% vs. 31.7%), M4 (17.5% vs. 30.8%), and M6 (12.8% vs. 30.8%) in the RT-CP group compared to the U-CP group, but did not reach statistical significance (all p > 0.05; Table 2). This evidence concerns the gene CP and depressive symptom measurement.
