The results indicated that uptake of exosomes derived from breast cancer cells increased expression of CXCL1, IL-6, TGFβ1, Ki67, vimentin, N-cadherin, fibronectin, and MMP2 in HMFs and inhibited the expression of P21, P27, α-catenin, and E-cadherin expressions. This evidence concerns the gene VIM and breast cancer.
