According to the risk value of each gene, ADAM8, IGFBP3, RCAN2, SIGLEC1, ZNF385A, LAMP5, MAN1C1, CYTH3, S1PR3, CADM3, TUB, NAV3, SUSD5, NOVA1, NLGN1, and EPHA6 were regarded as risk genes related to the poor prognosis of patients with CRC, whereas CASS4, SLAMF1, LSAMP, and CDC25C were associated with favorable prognosis. This evidence concerns the gene CDC25C and colorectal carcinoma.
