Western blot and CCK-8 experiments implied that overexpression of miR-625 or siRNA-induced ZEB2 knockdown sensitized endometrial cancer cells to paclitaxel, whereas inhibition of miR-625 expression or forced overexpression of ZEB2 significantly increased the resistance of endometrial cancer cells to paclitaxel. The gene discussed is ZEB2; the disease is endometrial cancer.
