Figure 1B shows the location of the CNV of these TNFRGs on their respective chromosomes. Among them, TNFRSF11B, TNFSF4, TNFSF10, FASLG, and TNFRSF18 exhibited higher CNV amplification frequencies, whereas TNFRSF19, TNFSF11, and TNFRSF10D exhibited higher CNV deletion probabilities (Figure 1C). The expression levels of the 43 TNFRGs in tumor and normal tissues were compared; the expression levels of almost all the TNFRGs were significantly different between the LUAD and normal samples (Figure 1D).
