In univariable analysis, odds (OR) of in-hospital death were seen higher and significant in participants with elevated level of troponin I (OR: 23.09 with p < 0.0001), IL-6 (OR: 18.6 with p < 0.0001), and d-dimer (OR: 16.37 with p < 0.001), followed by age (OR: 2.21 with p < 0.0001), hypertension (OR: 4.35 with p < 0.001), CHD (OR: 3.39 with p < 0.001), lymphopenia (OR: 0.24 with p < 0.001), CK-MB (OR: 4.1 with p < 0.001), septicemia (OR: 11.67 with p < 0.001) and ARDS (OR: 7.07 with p < 0.001).
