To further explore the mechanism of VASH1 on gliomas, we first constructed the coexpression network maps of different proteins and genes associated with VASH1 expression through the String and GeneMANIA online database, VASH1 expression was found to be mainly associated with microtubule VASH2, SVBP, PAXX, DHPS, RGS9, TUFM, THBS3, PCDHCC4, PRMT2, GRM7, CXXC4, MSX1, LIRA4, GYP8, WNT2B, ESF1, KLF7, CASK, TSTA3, and KLHL1 (Figures 7(a) and 7(b)). Here, TUFM is linked to central nervous system cancer.
