CTSB and hematologic disorder: With this perspective, the present study investigated the biological activity of alkylphospholipid and alkyltriazole derivatives in models of hematological malignancies and analyzed the mechanism involved in the induction of cell death and inhibition of cathepsins B and L. Initially, screening was performed to verify the cytotoxic effect of the 21 compounds in the hematological neoplasia lineages (Kasumi-1, K562, ARH-77, CCRF-CEM and Jurkat).
