The results reveal a significant decrease of p-mTOR/mTOR protein expression levels at 100 μM and a significant decrease of p-Akt/Akt protein expression levels at 50 and 100 μM of RD2 treatment in NSCLC cells (A549 and H23) compared with the untreated control. This evidence concerns the gene AKT1 and non-small cell lung carcinoma.
