These results improve our understanding of the differential expression of GOLM1 and FAM49B in HNSCC and also indicate that GOLM1 and FAM49B may be used as bioinformatics markers for the assessment of HNSCC prognosis and as potential targets for HNSCC treatment, which is conducive to the development of personalized immunotherapy for HNSCC in the future.
