CD8A and psoriasis: The violin graph demonstrated (Figure 5a) that compared with the normal control sample, there were more CD8+ T cells, activated memory CD4+ T cells, follicular helper T cells, M2 macrophages, resting dendritic cells, activated dendritic cells and neutrophils in the psoriasis lesion tissue, but fewer memory B cells, plasma B cells, resting memory CD4+ T cells, regulatory T cells (Tregs), resting NK cells, activated NK cells, Monocyte, M0 macrophages, M1 macrophages and activated mast cells and eosinophils.
