SCN5A and Ventricular arrhythmia: Exploring the mechanisms by which NOB (a potential antiarrhythmic drug in this study), amiodarone (the most widely used clinical antiarrhythmic drug), and aconitine (a widely used tool drug for ventricular arrhythmias) bind to NaV1.5 by the molecular docking method will help us to gain more understanding of the structure–activity relationship, and to develop novel agents from natural sources for treating ventricular arrhythmias.
