In particular, tumors exhibiting reduced FADD levels (named as the FADD-negative group on the basis of a continuous phenotype label) showed significant enrichment of a gene signature gathering the most relevant genes in T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (T-ALL), defined as the T-ALL_oncogenic signature and created ad hoc based on previous literature [30] (Figure 2A). This evidence concerns the gene FADD and acute lymphoblastic leukemia.
