The increased levels of IFN-γ of LL/2-restimulated splenocytes were associated with their increased in vitro cytotoxicity towards LL/2 tumour cells (Figure 3C), indicating that the cytotoxicity could be related to the presence of higher levels of IFN-γ and the presence of cytotoxic cells, like NK cells.
