Some well-known marker genes were used to identify cell types, such as EPCAM and KRT19 for tumor cell, COL1A1 and ACTA2 for CAF, CD3D and CD3E for T cell, and CD68 and CD14 for macrophage [12,16,17] (Figure 2C,D and Figure S1C,D). The gene discussed is EPCAM; the disease is neoplasm.
